Dr. Isenhower born in Newton, North Carolina. He received the Bachelor of Science degree from Davidson College, where he graduated cum laude, and the doctor of Medicine degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed an internship and a residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Otolaryngology and is board certified in that specialty. While serving in the US Army, he was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany. Dr. Isenhower is an instructor for both Advanced Trauma Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Isenhower brings new technology to the area with endoscopic sinus surgery and laser surgery. He enjoys fishing, gardening, karate, and photography while his wife, Lynn, enjoys gardening and tennis. They have three boys and attend Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Isenhowers reside in Greenwood.

Dr. Rust began his practice in Otolaryngology here at Greenwood Ear, Nose, and Throat. He is a North Carolina native, earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology from North Carolina State University, obtained the honor of Valedictorian and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Rust then earned his Medical Degree from The University of North Carolina School of Medicine- also graduating with Honors and Distinction in 1991. He completed his General Surgery Internship in 1992 and his Otolaryngology Residency in 1996 at the University of Florida. Dr. Rust brings to Greenwood the latest technology in endoscopic sinus and laser surgery, treatment of snoring and sleep disorders, and head and neck cancer management. He and his wife, Lynn, make their home in Greenwood. They have 2 daughters. Dr. Rust enjoys golfing, gardening, fishing, and church related activities.

A native of Radford, Virginia, Dr. Tarasidis received a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, graduating with highest honors. He received his Medical Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Emory University in Atlanta. Dr. Tarasidis completed his general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital/Washington University in St. Louis, MO where he also completed a fellowship in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction. Dr Tarasidis has also served as the President of the South Carolina Medical Association (SCMA). He brings to Greenwood ENT the full range of general otolaryngology, including endoscopic sinus surgery, laser surgery, and surgery for snoring and sleep disorders. Dr. Tarasidis is board certified in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery by the American Board of Otolaryngology. He and his wife, Jamie, have two children. He enjoys hunting, and water sports.

Dr. Scates began his otolaryngology practice at the Greenwood Ear, Nose, and Throat. Born in Lansing, Michigan he comes to Greenwood from Okinawa, Japan where he was stationed while serving in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Scates earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Lake Superior State University and graduated Cum Laude. He then received his Medical Degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, graduating with High Distinction in 1992. Dr. Scates completed his General Surgery Internship in 1993 and his Otolaryngology Residency in 1997 at SUNY Health Science Center Syracuse, obtaining his board certification in Otolaryngology in 1998. He maintains active certification in pediatric advanced life support. Dr. Scates uses the latest technology in endoscopic sinus and otologic surgery and is experienced in pediatric and facial plastic surgery. He also brings new surgical treatments for snoring and sleep apnea and ENT Allergy expertise. He and his wife, Marti Jo, have five children.
