Appointments: Our Greenwood Center operates Monday through Thursday, 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-4:30 p.m. and on Friday 7:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-3:00 p.m. Our Laurens Center is currently open on Wednesdays and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our Abbeville Center is open on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our Newberry Center is open on Mondays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Our centers are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

When calling for an appointment, please have the patient's name, address, telephone, and insurance information. We will send you some forms that need to be completed and brought with you on your first visit. At your appointment, we will need to make a copy of all insurance cards that you may have. This information will be kept confidential and we will establish a permanent record for each patient. If the patient is a minor, we request that a parent or legal guardian be present at the time of the examination.

Examinations: The length of your examination will vary depending on your medical or surgical problem. We make every effort to stay on time with the appointment schedule, but emergencies and complex medical problems sometimes create delays. Patients with urgent problems may occasionally need to be seen out of turn. We ask for and appreciate your patience should a wait be necessary. If time is critical to your schedule, please notify one of our receptionists and they will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

Financial Policy: We request payment for professional services on the day services are provided. By eliminating billing, we can help keep your medical costs down. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. We will file insurance with the following insurance carriers: Medicare, Medicaid, MedCost, Cigna/Provident PPN, Blue Cross-PPO, State BCBS and Premier PCN. We must make a copy of your insurance cards on the day of your appointment. You will also need to bring a copy of your insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) showing how much of the deductible has been met for the above insurance carriers. If you have not met your deductible, on the above insurance, we ask that you pay in full at the time of your appointment.

Patient's who are sponsored by Medicaid, Children's Rehabilitation Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Worker's Compensation will need to bring authorization or your current card on the date of the appointment.

The physicians of Greenwood ENT are on call 24 hours a day for emergencies for their patients.
